This course will continue the theme of revisiting the basic fundamentals of Yogic practices, focusing on the often overlooked topic of Pranayama.
Correct practice of Pranayama leads to an expansion of energy where we loose lethargy, tiredness and stress and can even resolve minor health issues.
This course is primarily aimed at those people who have participated in Achyutananda's previous courses but is also recommended to anyone wishing to join in the future meditation courses he will run.
